* FORM: document to be completed for using a coupon. May be in stores, on customer receipts, in newspapers or magazines or online.

NAZ means Names, Address, and Zip code.

* NB: products made by national companies, instead of generic or local ones.

* NED: no expiration date; the coupon or rebate offer may be used indefinitely.

* OAS: Any one size, signaling that you can use the coupon to buy any size of the product that it’s for.

PK = pack, such as a pack for candy.

(PP) = price for purchase.

* Premium: a product obtained as a result of a refund promotion.

* UNL: unlimited; means you can redeem an unlimited number of coupons on a particular item.
